Our practitioners are registered with Ontario's regulatory colleges, including the CMTO, CTCMPAO and CRPO. Each practitioner's registration can be verified on the applicable college's public register.
Coverage depends on your individual plan, provider, practitioner type, annual limits, and any referral requirements. Wellthera does not have access to the full details of your insurance policy, so we recommend confirming your coverage directly with your provider.
Yes — we offer direct billing for eligible services through major providers including Sun Life, Canada Life, and Manulife, where your plan allows it.
Most of our services do not require a referral. Some insurance plans, however, may request one for reimbursement — please check with your provider.

Yes, complimentary on-site parking is available for all patients at our Big Bay Point Road location.
